And don't have to worry about your  proficiency Japanese skills–generally, English is spoken in our working environment and so no Japanese proficiency is not required when you start working with us.

Japanese Language Policy

While it is beneficial to have a conversational level of Japanese, it is not a strict requirement. We offer a support program that includes Japanese lessons to help you improve your language skills.

Overseas Support Consultation Desk

We have Overseas Support Consultation Desk where you can discuss matters related to living in Japan, such as schools, daycare centers, and housing.

Travel and Relocation Expense Assistance

We provide assistance with the expenses associated with moving, such as moving expenses and airfare to Japan.

Rental Contract Support

We provide financial assistance up to a specified amount (within our company’s budget guideline) for initial costs when renting an apartment (such as security deposits, key money, real estate agency fees, and fire insurance). (After you find a permanent apartment, rent and moving expenses must be covered by the individual.)

Language Learning Program

We offer a special Japanese language learning program for engineers during working hours. Courses a re provided according to different proficiency levels, offering a curriculum tailored to your needs, which enhances learning efficiency and facilitates early acquisition of Japanese language skills.
