LY Corporation today submitted a report to Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (“MIC”) in response to the administrative guidance received from the MIC on March 5 and April 16, 2024.
We will continue to implement measures on the fundamental review of safety management measures and subcontractor management as well as strengthening of countermeasures; essential review and reinforcement of Group-wide security governance, including the parent company; and thorough customer support through appropriate information disclosures. We will endeavor to reestablish the trust of all, making every effort to ensure that our users and relevant parties can utilize our services with confidence and peace of mind.
